MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By accessing this website or purchasing a Saints Club subscription you agree to these Terms and

Conditions.

• The Saints Club is a Catholic-inspired monthly subscription that may include saint artwork

postcards, medals, magnets, stickers, and letters.

• All artwork, designs, written materials, and branding associated with the Saints Club are protected

by copyright and intellectual property law.

• The Saints Club reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

• The Saints Club reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its

discretion.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• Saints Club operates as a recurring monthly subscription.

• Billing occurs automatically on the 5th day of each month.

• Orders placed on or before the 15th of a given month will receive the Saint package for that same

month.

• Orders placed after the 15th will receive the Saint package for the following month.

• Packages are typically prepared and shipped around the 20th of each month.

• Shipping times vary depending on postal carriers and destination.

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Cancellations stop future billing but do not cancel shipments that have already been processed.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• Due to the nature of a monthly subscription service, refunds are generally not issued once billing

has occurred.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact support within 14 days of

delivery.

• Replacement items may be issued when appropriate.

• Returns are generally not accepted for subscription shipments.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Monthly packages are typically shipped around the 20th of each month.

• The Saints Club is not responsible for postal delays, customs delays, weather interruptions, or

other circumstances outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING DISCLOSURE (Stripe/Card NetworkCompliance)

• By subscribing to Saints Club, customers authorize recurring automatic billing.

• The payment method provided will be charged each month on the 5th.

• The subscription continues until canceled by the customer.

• Customers may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

• Customers agree to contact Saints Club support before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

• The Saints Club reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using proof of subscription authorization

and billing agreement.

• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of subscription service.
